A short one =)

Its the final!! Though not as what I've expected, with all my E&F mateys pangseh-ing and join the B&F grp. ohwells. I do hope the finals would be a smooth sailing one for us all. I'm actually pretty much satisfied and happy with this yr. Should jiayou =)

This week has been fun! I havent been able to relax and totally have fun, w/o having 25% of me restrained to worries. but now, yesh! I cant wait for whats up ahead.
I've tried kushinbo's buffet for the 1st time with buddy(dom) .. and its awesome! the sweet alaska crab was definitely worth the price! yummilicious!

I'm too lazy to post pics. will do so nxt time.

Anyways sunday Imma going for the supposedly best buffet in sg. heex.*excited*
so far, shangri-la's The Line and kushinbo's is top of my list. pan pac's global kitchen is nice but sth's juz lacking.. maybe is the selection part.
we'll see if the upcoming one beats em all =P

been shopping and shopping due to stress lately. now, I'm save and save haha.

Heloz! I'm back to blogging cuz I'm free today!
wow June's coming to an end real soon! and its Jul nxt wk! can u believe this? Imma start school soon, facing my worst fear(results day). 20% of me regretted not heading for rmit and get the uni days over and done with, but 70% of me likey UOL besides their sucky once a yr drop bomb. hmmm...

wells.. yest.. went for a haircut, the last was like during exams period? Im heading my 2nd treatment with JL this coming week. happy =D cuz everytime after my trmt, my hair tends to be "dyed' with brownish red hues naturally. =P

oh speaking of hair. I've succumbed to temptations and bought my 'atas comb' ..

Anyways.. Went Citylink's Sushi Express ytd and the food was yummy.=D
Happy to get my ni hotate and his salmon sashimi for such low price at $1.80! plus, its considered fresh! I guess that will be our new hang out given tt prev wk we went sakae followed by sushi tei, one's quality drop std and the other, we feel that its overpriced.

Its gonna be Christmas and a Happy New Year~!

Hello all! yes, I've been neglecting my blog since gawd-knows-when..
So, here I am, gonna revive it once agn before the year ends.

2010 has been a fulfilling year for me.
Lotsa changes, new souls came into my life, making it a brand new journey, old ones left and so on..
Yupz.. I've switched job from a comfort zone to a war zone and now I'm in a semi-peaceful place where I'm holding on because final yr's coming soon and once its over, I'll be free from the prison call sch. -.-"

I miss my good ole mateys at prev co.! Of course, i didnt regret leaving because, there's no point in staying arnd besides the pay. LOL. Harsh fact but truth. And i wanna get exposure elsewhere rather than stuck there for yrs given tt I've in the place for arnd 2yrs alr. Aish. Working makes me feel old. And its definitely true that after u've passed the 21st mark of ur life, everything deteriorates at a faster speed than u think. =( Hmm..currently I'm tuning my path to how i want it to be.. however, it takes time.. never had i wanted it to be a short run process.. The yr's ending and.. a part of me doesnt want it to end cuz 2011 may be a tough yr for me, esp after i'm done with this yr's course. Ohwells. dont think so much vnsa, it may not be as bad as u think it'll be.=)

Yes yes here I am blogging from office.. wasted like an hour of my time, not studying and instead, surfing sites..

so.. before I head back to my books(since my job officially starts in the noon), I'll do a lil update.

met up with ta mateys last week for a chillout at custom house... that place's totally beautiful. =) Love joking around like mad and get drunk even without alcohol.=)

For the past months, vnsa has turned into a close book.
ohkays I wasnt exactly open about my stuffs, like totally but it wasnt this close, like now.
I dont know why. Maybe I'm too tired to tell or, I would rather tell, only to those who bothered to read the book.

Relationship and all about it.
In this post, I'm stating general. Its a viewpoint and not reflectg all about me or wadsoever.

I'm turning 22 nxt mth.*Sighs*
Though I still love F21, but its a fact that I'm getting ~~older~~ *ahem* more mature soon. haha
I miss the childhood times where everything's so carefree.
U need not give a damn about life. Parents would plan stuffs for u.
Even when I started to save to try minimise living off my parents since secondary school, its still those kind of, self-sufficient will do state.

Looking around me, at this age,a handful are already engaged. A handful, already married and some with first child.
Dont get me wrong, I aint saying that I wanna get married so young neither engaged.
Marriage is a lifetime commitment, tho divorce rates are high and its a rather common thingy now. but still, once u're in it, u'll have to place all efforts to commit.
Here comes the question, what makes u think that u can?
Or rather, what makes u think that u wanna commit to this guy(whoever's in the qns), forever?

All girls longed to be loved.
(guys too.. but like I've mentioned, I'm doing it as a viewpoint frm a girl's side)
Its easy to say the 3 words "I love you" to someone. But, for how long?
What makes a girl willing to stay with her guy forever?
Love.
Yes I do agree that love is a major factor when it comes to relationship.
But at this age(abv 20?), its no longer that kids-kinda-r/s where both of u survive on the plain 3 words.
All things should work towards the big M at this stage.
Thus, besides love, what can u expect from the guy u marry in near future?

As everyone knows, sg standard of living is no joke.
Sometimes, it makes me ponder the difference between materialistic and securing a steady future.
The only diff that I can make out of the 2 words:

Materialistic is when one tries to go beyond her capability to obtain sth tts not a necessity and this "try" is often a need. She goes after rich guys and stuffs because she knows, without those branded names and luxuries, she cant survive.

Securing a steady future.
What is ur life gonna be if u are trapped in the vicious poverty cycle. yes I meant poverty.
I always remember what gran said, she says that without stable income for mere food and shelter, there wouldnt be a stable marriage.
True. Indeed, think of it, without the mere necessities(we're not even touching on the topic of luxuries in this context), couples will fight(I dont mean literally whack each other but fight as in quarrel), blames and regrets. All these leading to unhappy marriages.

Thus, marriage(which starts from a plain r/s) isnt a topic about "I do" and "I love you", only.
Yes the keyword is only. Of course, without love, nth comes out gd from any r/s, but also, the responsibility that both have to undertake to substain future needs.

Can u provide for her?
When u ask for her hand, are u able to give her the best(this may differ in diff case)?

Is he the one for you?
Can he give u what u think is sufficient?

Everything requires the evil M -money.
from wedding banquet to flat to survival. as adult, u are on ur own. can u manage them?

This may be a more one sided point view, so.. yup.. it may nt apply to you9whoever is reading now)..
Of course, if one's having the financial stability already, plus love is present, duh. Go get married and contribute to nation's population growth!

As for myself, my studies' my priority this yr cuz of the chance to aim my cls. haha. all else cant work out if this dont(on my part la..).

Overall.. I feel that the previous concert was better in terms of maybe the organisers? Starhub's handsign is made of quality hard board kind the prev round, and it says I love u Jay.. this tym round its more lik a mouse pad to me.. cuz its soft and has no meaning.. eh and.. why premier seats no poster!? basket! price more ex and no poster! wth. But nonetheless.. idol is awesome =))

The least u culd do is juz to cherish whn the person is arnd.
Well, some people appear to be in ur "bus trip" for merely a stop or two.
But at least, if u made full use of the minimal stops to know the person well, spend time tgt, enjoyed yourselves, that short tym tgt will be precious.
If u dont bother to make the best out of it, that short tym is equivalent to none.
I miss those times of course, as we work tgt as a team.
Laughed. Cried. Played hard. Worked hard.
But those are memories etched down deep in my heart.
Nth can be done to turn back time.
Life still goes on.
I know he cant be there forever.
But now that he's gone, we'll move on.
A better or worse in future?
None of us know.

Yesterday..

Met up with d for lunch at waraku and I must say that the set meal is value for money.. made me uber bloated lor.. dinner was lik unnecessary.. cuz it comes with a ramen + a don(rice). so its like.. uber heavy lunch.. and its less than 15bucks!

after work, went for coffee session with mummy ..
hmmm talking to him makes me feel enlightened. Like there are certain things untold but came clear. I felt alot better. And heex got my Clarins moisturiser frm him.. which was the main intention of the meetup whilst waiting for 8pm to meet honey =)

last meeting of the day was yes.. honey. =)
chatted till 10plus and I dont think we've finish talking.

Oki, after posting soooooo many food and wordless post, i decided to do some thotspill..

Oh wells time passes fast and I think results will be out soon.
Somehow, I feel like repeating year 2. If i pass, I dont think my grades will be fantastic.
I felt lik.. it isnt enough. Told mum that and she didnt break into a mad stance but personally I feel guilty with my choice though I'm quite certain that i'll be.

As for my friends.. dont ask me. I aint sure how they will fare but evryone dont believe me when I say I wan do yr 2 agn. LOL. i'm not joking la. 80-90% serious.

Its the day.
A day I've promised that I would not cry and I shall not.
In fact, the time lag effect has made it predictable, and tears are made controllable.
I'm happy for you. That u've moved on and whatever happens in future, I wanna you to know that, u're always remembered and respected. =) do keep in touch!

Life's like u're on a bus with endless bus stops. Every stop, u'll meet new people, and they would probably leave stops after or stay with you to acc you through your journey. Dont weep for those who left, cuz they have decided to alight. Be happy that they alighted, cuz only then, your bus will have space to make way for new ones to board. Sad u may feel, when tears are uncontrollable, tell yourself that u still have to move on. The bus never stops for more than few seconds aft the passenger alight. I'm happy that the journey for me has been though not thoroughly smooth, I'm happy for what I've been through, who I am, and each and every pp I meet.. its em' , be it good or bad ones, make my life more interesting. Experience matters, no regrets. =)

Though there are times when rational state of mind fights real badly with emotional state, but I know, time will tell. Let time wash away whats not meant to be and show me what I really want.
I believe strongly in fate. But I hope fate wuldnt lead me the wrong way though. haha..

Hmmm 2010's May is a month I truly love-hate.
I'm involved in a mixture of feeling.. Emotions filled. Both happy and sad ones.
Not sure if its a good or bad thing given the state my life is in now.

Made lotsa new friends, they are coming into my life, making it real happening and yes I'm happy with all the changes.

U know when u feel really tired after work and school, u wouldnt have any excess brain juice to trigger thoughts that are plain childish.
I dont know, maybe I can be lik 80 to 90% independent, depending on whether I want to or not, so when a dependent one comes about, try to throw in diff ridiculous thoughts, I will feel darn pissed. Like, " Can u get a life?! "
Some things are tiny matters but some pp can just friggin magnify it and feel overly emo over it.
Its too much. Maybe I will portray to u that i do care bout some stuffs, cuz I say it out, but trust me, I dont. I would merely say it out then ok, the end. fullstop. Only things tt matter the most, wouldnt be said. right? But till now, I havent come across really big things that hurt that much la. Maybe to you, not getting into good books is a big thing, whilst for me, is how u dont even need to try to be in, and naturally getting it. well, it all surrounds arnd that idealogy.

Oh yes, thanks to iceland's eruption, now my UK lecturers are stuck in hometown and effin hate it, cuz my weekends are now burnt.&^%$#

ok, irritating things aside, received my hp bill ytd..
I had a massive sms explosion this month..

Like wth right? I didnt know how I did it, maybe cuz its 2nd month into my new phone and I use it more freely than my 1st mth lololx.. oh but my dataplan is still 1.9GB.. didnt break 2GB! last mth also around there.. sooooo glad that student plan gives me unlimited smses(so the $132.70 is FOC!) and dataplan roxs cuz it friggin 12GB free! =)
My hp bill lik cut half la! hmmm but I wonder how I'll die terribly in future when I dont have unlimited anymore. LOL.

Its Nat's birthday yesterday!
Happy 23rd !! =)

Went to mug at airport since library is alr full early in the morning..
Afterwich, headed to Popeyes at T1 for his "mini bdae lunch"
Hmm the girl who served us, service is epic.. failure.
Nat didnt want his drinks to have ice but before we even get to tell her, she went to prepare out couple set for us..(yesh we ordered couple set, cuz its really worth it!! 18plus only if I never rem wrongly..) .. so when she came back to the counter with our drinks, he told her to make it w/o ice. Obviously buay song(not happy), she slam the 2 drinks at the counter and took 2 other cups.. so I quickly said, "err only 1 w/o ice, the other cup's fine.." But she didnt reply. So Nat said louder, "excuse me, only one cup w/o ice.." Then she nodded, still having her back facing us.. Instead of getting a new cup of drinks, she juz poured the drinks out w/o ice and didnt even bother to refill the volume that was previously taken up by the ice as well as the leaked amount from pouring. Me and Nat looked at each other, speechless.
I told her after she's done with the drinks ," erm miss, can i not have chicken breast pls.."
She turned, smiled and with a gentler tone, say"oh dont want chciken breast? ok.."
I turned to Nat, "omgawd! so calling her Miss does help!"
Nat " yah!! did u see her smile!? wa lau.."
And later, when Nat wanted her to refill his drink a lil more, stare at him and say" u dont want ice right? If want to add to the brim must top up money."
Nat replied, "top up lor."
and guess what? in the end, it wasnt needed!
Wah piang .. seriously.. U're working in airport!
What kinda attitude is that?! but ohwells.. I still find that "miss" part funny.

Evening.. met babykins and went to take circle line over to MS..
Actually we went to run some errands in between , thats why didnt go Tamp.

Oh the train is REALLY SMALL! its like 2X the sky train at airport lor.. so u can see one end to the other end lolx.

Wanna share a ghost story that I've heard yesterday night from 933.. dont know if anyone tuned in to it but this ghost story isnt scary in my opinion.. its touching.

(I hear parts of it here and there as i was doing my accts but here's the gist of it)
This happened in HK.
It all started with a couple who lived in a flat. They had no window grills at 1st and the guy wanted to get window grills while the girl didnt want to.. but in the end, the guy got what he wanted.
One day, there a fire broke out. The guy was rescued by the fire fighters but the girl, sadly, wasnt.
So after that incident, everyday, the girl would appear in the guy's dream, saying,
" Fire! Fire! save me! "
So the guy wondered if its cuz the girl felt that it was his fault, insisting on window grills.. which resulted in her, not being able to escape.

As years pass by, the guy found a girl of his likings. He wasnt young anymore, so he told himself that if he find someone of his likings, he would wanna settle down with the person and start a family. So he shut his eyes and tried to communicate with his ex gf. He said," i've found someone alr. I hope u'll give us your blessing and dont appear in my dreams anymore.."

Miraculously, the girl NEVER appear anymore.

6-7years passed, the guy has a family now. But one find day after so long, the girl appeared in his dream again. This time round, she said, " Fire! Fire! Leave now! "
He was awaken by that sentence, brought his wife and kids along.
That night, the blazing fire killed the whole flat except for them.

....

Upon hearing this, tears just rolled down my cheeks..
she's always around. but to give him her blessings, she became his guardian angel.
It was really touching.
I'm not sure if the story is 100% true but even if it isnt, it touched me.
I'm not sure bout u peeps, but yes, I'm emotional at times though I'm quite rational upfront.. till the extent that some pp thinks I'm heartless. I'm not. Its just that under certain circumstances, I'll have to do whats deemed right.

In fact, we started by asking some aunties first.. and after awhile, I gave up on the females, approached a middle age man instead.. he gave us the right directions apparently.. and when we were lost at the junction, xj went to ask another guy.. and yes.. BINGO! found the place.. This proves that.. its more advisable to ask a guy for directions! LOLOL..

But the ice cream flavours and taste was definitely worth the trip!!!
xj agreed that walking in was the right choice..

Alot of fans have been complaining or rather urging her for another sexy themed comeback.
But to be honest, unnie is in her early 30s. I dont want her to follow the steps of, let say, kylie M.
She has diff sides to show.. though she's not showing her sexy side, but i can safely say that she's full of charms! I mean, only the queen can pull off this mv(swing) this well. Its a diff genre but definitely feminine and meaningful. Though yes, I do hope to see that all her 14 songs show all diff sides of her, with at least 1 being sexy, but nevertheless, she's still perfect to me.=)

omgawd! This made me realise that I CANT give tuition.

That day wl asked me to help him with his 150(or issit 100?) words for his job resume thingy, and I didnt know how to edit his english ! So in the end, I wrote for him instead, with all the points and info given by him of course.

I mean, english isnt sth which u can edit for your tutee easily. some, who has a good command of english just, mere spelling or grammatical errs here and there, its easy for you to edit. Whereas others, with the whole flow of compo and sentence structure weirdly phrased, I think I'll die marking them.. But bf says that as a P6, his compo can be worse.. hmm..

This week is gonna be sooooo tiring.. its either wake at 6 or 6.30am. FML.

And today big boss will be flying in, thus i didnt blame bed at all, just drag myself out of bed, keeping in mind, "I dont wanna be fired" . LOL

My toes are getting better =)

And baby is so sweet to come all the way to the west for both sat and sun to fetch me.

Thats the only time I see him last week.. hahaha.. yes we aint those couples who need to see each other everyday, else will die kind. Nope. But I prefer it this way, more time for myself and him. Sths when workload(be it sch or work) is so heavy, you hardly have time for yourself. So if the pathetically minimal time has to be taken up for 'couple must meet else not couple' kinda reason, its darn tiring.

ohwells I should get back to work. lotsa things to be done.. and I see the group of bosses walking in alr.

Lunch was at Coffee Club with lh,boss and suz.. yes there's 1-for-1 promotion for UOB cardholders, so yupz the queue at Coffee club was sooooo long. Plus their service is really.. hmm maybe, I shant judge cuz of the crowd that they have to handle, so they get confuse easily and cant blame them for it bahx.

Heex.. lh brought homemade almond longan also commonly named as longan toufu... and I keep stealing all her longans cuz I really HATE almond.

Anyways my makeup remover is finishing soon! After using it for soooooo long, I think, I may wanna change to cleansing express..
Oh and my dolly fake lashes. They look TOO dolly on my eyes. I CANT stand my look.. toooooo kawaii.. I'm a more towards natural look kinda person.. hmmm.. maybe I'll only put it for special days or days when I feel darn vain.. fake lashes only look nice on photos cuz your real lashes can hardly be seen on pics.. but if u see it up close. Its scary, unless u have darn short lash then bo bian, else mascara will do.

I havent been studying. No mood.
But I know I have to continue already. maybe i should sleep early tonight and mug before going to school tomorrow.

Since I'm free in the morning.. shall do a mini update.=)
I was pretty bored on my way home from work.. so I started watching..

*Nodnods* Down with love.=)
heex.. its quite entertaining but this time round I didnt have that "I wanna finish watching it asap" feel. so tookj my own sweet time to watch an episode whenever I have time to.. Plus.. how can Jerry Yan look so darn cute everytime I watch his show?!

And as for why am I free now?
Cuz the stupid carpet mites are attacking my toes and its darn bloody itchy and my scratchings caused my toes to swell..

Went to get my facial cleanser like finally.. yays i have my full set of neccessities back.. shall now take care of my skin.

Ohkays, lately I haven't been blogging much cuz there isn't much to talk about especially when u're out there studying. I just cant wait for life after May ends.

I need a new camera .. soon.. though my FujiF50 is still in ok condition except for at times when the battery life runs low, it has some technical err.. well.. I'm considering canon s90 with all that wholesome reviews. But I wonder if its really that good, plus baby told me that fuji has another camera comparable and somehow better than canon's.. oh and price is wayyy cheaper. *dilemma*

Bf's birthday is coming up.
His pressie is sorta settled cuz its gonna be way belated due to contract issues and as for dinner, its a major headache.

Ok now, backdate for.. Que Pasa post.
We went to QuePasa at Emerald Hill area on thurs night.. Its was bustling with crowd.
I'm quite amazed by the "hidden alley".. Its my first time making my way in and its a total feel to the shopping and so called clean shopping area of orchard. Filled with, (we think as) SPG(s) and lotsa europeans, who enjoy drinking sessions after work, thats what makes this place bustling as it goes darker into the night.

yes its like an old vinehouse, not as bright as the pic, in fact, its pretty dark, just that my flash brightens everything nicely.. I dont even get to see clearly the individual colour or details when I'm there! so, digie is zai! =))

The hungry us cant wait to order some of their specialities...

A mix of redwine + orange juice, not sure if there's anything else but! After a sip, I ordered orange juice for myself as I HATE the taste of wine. Cant help it.. just feel disgusted at the taste, while the others keep ordering it.

The pizza and yummy chicken wings were awesome!!!!

Ok, I ordered this assorted mushroom, cuz if u know me well, I'm an avid fan of anykind of mushroom.. (this makes me wonder why havent I been to mushroom pot yet..) and even bf's dad can notice(zomg!)

BUT!!

I took a few bites and stopped. Didnt like the taste of the sauce.
So.. no thanks. =X The peeps also dont like it.. haha so we made a mental note not to order this the next time round(if there is..)

hahaha.. well overall, its a gd place to chill though I dont mind gg other place next time round.. nth makes me wanna revisit besides the chicken wings!!!But thats cuz I dont love alcohol. So, maybe alcohol lovers may find their drinks nice.
Oh and the catch of this place is, there is NO SERVICE CHARGE NOR GST!
Yes!! isnt that so cool!? Cuz I hate those taxes that make your already high bills even higher.

hmm ok, enough of blogging.

Oh no!! I'm slightly behind schedule already!
Need to do 3 chapters of banking finance on fri to catch up!
And that is crazy cuz I only have half a day.

Watched Being Human yesterday.
Yes, its a Jack neo's film and I know u'll be like " why the hell are u supporting him?"
No no. I aint supporting him.. Just that its the only show which spells laughter now.. and Nat was so impromptu, perhaps he hasnt stepped into a cinema for quite sometime now.
Come to think of it, me too. I think the last movie was in Jan!
Wanted to watch fann wong's show but alot of places stop screening already=(
Overall, its funny, lotsa vulgarities and darn disgusting scene especially the NG part where that uncle swallow down his mucus. ewwww.
Oh and a random thot just came into my mind with the aircon servicing guy now in my office cleaning it.. The slogan of mitshibishi electric just played in my head.=X

Anyways..I realise that guys fall for tricks like fake eyelashes, mascara, contact lens that make your eyes look dolly, makeup that enhances your face features(more sharp and smooth),smokey eyes.. super easily. -.-" and they do go gaga over it. lolx. like those taiwanese chio babes kind..
hmm have never done all those in a combo, cuz I suck at putting faux lashes, maybe sista can show me next thurs! *winkwink*

was studying the whole day before that.. and wanna thks baby for helping me collect the tixs 1st..

Of course, thankyou Omy.sg for the tixs.! =)

For those who have not heard of it.. here's some background info.

SEA2010 is jointly organised by Singapore Press Holdings’ Chinese media including Lianhe Wanbao, Radio 100.3, omy.sg, U-weekly and it has attracted a total of 2.7 million online and sms votes during the voting period.

The celebration concert cum award presentation is held at The Float @ Marina Bay on 13 March 2010 (Saturday). Making their appearance at the star-studded event are some of the hottest names in the Singapore and Asian entertainment industry. They include SHINee (Korea), Eason Chan,Yoga Lin, Allen Huang, Rachel Liang Wen Yin,JJ Lin, Tanya Chua, A-Do, Chen Weilian and Olivia Ong.

If they were to hold this award next year, I would humbly suggest star list like, Show Luo, Jolin tsai, Jay Chou, Jam Hsiao, Rainie yang, Sun Yan-zi, JJ Lin, A*mei, Eason, Tanya, Mayday and from korea, SS501, lee hyori, Rain, SHINee, Suju and maybe Snsd? heex. The tix surely sold out super fast!! lolololx. oh and hyori can perform with wilber pan! =X

Of course, I was interested in going to catch a glimpse of xiao gui(allen) and SHINee! heex..

In fact, I'm happy bout the change.

Its not that I dont care anymore.
just that, when its no longer needed/necessary,
I let go.

Ok, I'm effin pissed.
I dont know whats wrong with rules.
Personally, I hate the "cycling is now legal on PAVEMENT" rule!
Seriously, its not the 1st time cyclist zoomed by. and this time. Nearly hit me AGAIN.
sorry, I'm effin pissed so.. *&$#@!!

But the cyclist hit my LV(it just flew with impact, like someone snatching it away kind, but is cuz the handle of the bike zoomed and hit it) this time round, and luckily, its quality leather! no scratch! plus I was slinging it on my arm so it didnt fly out.
If that bloody idiot were to leave a scratch on it, I'll demand a new one from him! asshole.
They always chiong their way to cross the green lights. what makes u think they will alight from their carriages and push it over?

When those &%$# decided to implement this law, and "assured" the pp saying that they'll regulate it and blah blah blah, do they mean placing signs on the traffic light, expected cyclist to even bother looking at it? OH PLEASE! tell me about it! If u dont siam fast enough, some even glare at u!

I seriously hate this.. only can described as Fucked up regulation.
And I'm so sure I aint the only victim.
Plus, during the trial period, its ALREADY in this situation.
Trial or not trial. I think its only FOR SHOW.
When they decided to implement this, the deed is done.
Trial is only to inform u that this will be whats going to happen in future and not to test system on whether this is good for everyone or not.

Hello peeps.. once again its 2nd day of a new week.
Gosh. time flies! weekend was good, cuz I managed to catch up with some "long lost" friends haha..

Well.. I seriously need to speed things up and I intend to finish my micro before prelims. at least, 80%.. else seriously I'm deadmeat.
And, sista..on 2nd thots, I'm so jealous. I wanna end my side of neverending torture too!!!
though I have nice friends with me here which minimises the torture but.. argh.
Hate exams!

Nat was telling me bout his blogstats which led to me checking out mine today..

5year anniversary

A special surprise for the day.
Ok, its our 5th year anniversary today. And we celebrated this special date ytd.

A week ago, I asked bf, "so where are we dining on 7th?"
he gave me that secretive smile and shrugs his shoulder.
I've repeatedly tried to "test system" by asking on random times, but he just wouldnt let me know!

so.. yesterday..

We head over to kbox in the noon.

We were given a gigantic room though its for 2 of us only! *happy*
Oh yes, there's hyori's toc toc toc in kbox and even scolded.. But, toc toc toc was written in korean and scolded, they name it as nag in chinese. hmmm I wasnt exactly enjoying the toc x3 MV cuz apparently it wasnt the best MV used. Unnie looks so either exhausted or sick in that mv. Her dance wasnt fab in that perf.

Eh kbox was fun overall and it satisfied my craving to go heex...
*oh and we cancelled the plan for museum cuz a fickled minded me dont feel like gg museum ytd heex..*

Next, headed over to the mystery dining place..
Baby led me to Pan Pacific hotel and entered a lift and say, "Press the number that matters to us most.."

I was looking for "7" but dont have, cuz the lift doesnt serve 7th floor, and so, its 37th floor.. marking our 7th of Mar anni date. =)

The sun was shining orangey bright yesterday evening, and its so beautiful.. though digie didnt take it so clearly.. but the scenic view was awesome.

1st dish - Peking Duck

The duck meat was awesome!!!!!!!!!
I told bf that as a duck lover, I dont mind just having this with rice. yumms..

2nd Dish - sharksfin with crabmeat.

This bowl is enough to make one full.
Its delicious. Just nice, not too creamy neither too watery.
And the ingredients make the price worth it!

3rd dish - broccolli with dried scallop and crab meat, in crabmeat sauce.

I'm a broccolli lover. Needless to say, this was fab!

4th Dish - steamed cod fish

Yes, this piece of cod fish came at the time when my stomach cant take anymore food already. Nonetheless.. I still eat it! why? its fresh and the taste is just nice!! =)) happy..

Lastly, dessert was double boiled hashima with white fungus and lian zi and some other stuffs i cant name. =X

In my humble opinion, the dessert is nice but slightly too sweet.
I would opt for eu yan sang's hashima anytime. =X

Us..

A peep into the restaurant... the whole place is really well furbished and guess what?
the toilet is also darn glam. Just a bit quiet esp when u're the only one gg. haha..

and the scenic view gets nicer as the sky starts to get darker..

Damage: Abt 110++ sgd per pax.
But definitely a worthwhile choice!

I've always wanted to go school sloppily, in fact, not caring bout image makes school even more fun. But.. haha I didnt get to wear for the 1st yr, since I'm always rushing to school aft/bef work, and 2nd year, forever getting black shorts and tees to sch.
On the side note, whenever I'm in fbt, I'll be itching for volleyball and track!!

Yes, like I've previously mentioned, went to check out rws since dom suggested going and also to passed me the minnie cup which he got from hk the other time.

We went to Images of Singapore cuz the tixs' pretty cheap and I never go in before..

Oh yes, we head off to take luge and skyride.
DAMN FUN! I wanna try go kart next time round! last time daddy will drive me in go kart.. maybe I shud try driving it myself this time round haha cuz luge was uber fun!! I chiong-ed down all the way heex..

as for skyride, err.. I think if I were to take it again, I'll remove my shoes! haha .. damn dangerous for your shoes la.. can just drop off easily and its not only me who feels that way.
so my whole ride was filled with anxiety plus worry bout my pumps dropping down to the growth.

As for RWS, nth much to say cuz nth much there now, except if u wanna go into the grand casino.. hmm I may wanna go universal studios but hmm.. quite ex though haha.

D is joining my course this Aug.. actually I've already told him (if he rems), to join RMIT instead.
Dont get me wrong, its not that UOL isnt good, its too good. Which makes exams a miracle to score. But RMIT's way of grading is far easier. Like what clare says, her rmit friends can never understand why uol students are always complaining and intensive mugging starts before the exams. But since he wanna try, so. hahaha gd luck.

Anyways.. he popped me a question saying " Out of 10, with 10 being most impt, hw's chivalry for guys to you? "
I said, "7."
But now.. come to think of it. I think its worth 8 or 9.

To me, its more of a gentleman.
Such behaviour do exist. But rare. especially in today's context.
haha some guys only practice them infront of girls that attracts them.. or bascially, they'll automatically become a gentleman infront of the pretty ladies.

For me.. I appreciate lil acts of chivalry.. cuz somehow it makes a guy more charming than the rest.
But of course, towards friends, I dont expect so much. haha but for bf. its a must have. =X

Well lately I've been in alot of stress.. kinda emo at times.
Cuz of my papers and my work.
There's a certain extent of worries for both sides but somehow.. work wise, pretty much resolved and yes my worries were seemingly unfound for the time being and I should concentrate on my studies more.
Yupz. Its not easy managing both.
Sometimes my friends do ask me if I'm tired.
I AM tired. But I hardly say so.
Why? Cuz so what if I am tired?
I still have to go on.
Say already, will anything change?
Nope.
But I try to make myself less tired with,
all the laughters in the office.
companionship of my uni mates.
hanging out with bf.
In fact.. times flies when I'm with xz cuz I try not to think bout work or studies when I'm with him. Its only a day a week. and out of 12 mths, the most 48days we are meeting for a full day. or maybe including exceptions, make it 50+.. why not make the 50plus days fruitful?

well.. nxt sunday.. we're turning 5.
yes 5yrs in our r/s.. but come to think of it.. time really flies!
and 5yrs meaning we meet each other for maybe less than a yr's time.
around 300days of meeting?
But definitely, these less than a yr's time are happy times we spent tgt.

hmm this post seems so random and thought-filled.
ohwells.. maybe its good cuz reflects my current mood.
